Our Goal:
What's in your suitcase workshops/presentations offers you a better understanding of how and why you communicate the way that you do. It is one of three program themes, under the Consultant's Ink "Personal Improvement and Development" programs. they show participants how, symbolically, a suitcase relates to the way an individual's personality is divided into small compartments; moves from place to place; affected by certain experiences and influences; and can only be packed or unpacked by the individual.
The Program:
What's in your suitcase? is a look Inside Yourself program that is layman friendly, down to earth, easy to understand, and causes your immediate reflection and recollection of past and/or present experiences. What's in Your Suitcase? seeks to entice program participants to take a closer look at who they are; what drives or motivate them; and how what they do impact the lives of those persons around them.
The workshop will allow us to network with each other and get a chance to examine what type of baggage we carry and how it affects our interactions with others. We want you to leave this workshop: - Understanding that the things in Your Suitcase belong to you and to you alone.
- Understanding that Your Actions reflect parts of the things in your suitcase and all that you have experienced in your life.
- Understanding that Your Character Traits are all a part of your personal development.
- Understanding that Your Thinking determines your attitude, conduct, and behavior, which determines the status of your relationships with others.
- Understanding that collectively they all add up to WHAT’S IN YOUR SUITCASE?
And, finally, that our successes and/or failures have a direct correlation to what we put in and take out of our suitcases.
